Teddy's New Look!

We finally got his hair cut. He looks great and now we think he even looks more like his Mommy. He did great while sitting on Mommy's lap. His beautician,Franchesca, was wonderful and we will make sure that she is his regular person.

Here's the table set up. We obviously had a teddy bear theme and Mom made another cake (she seems to like that kind of stuff).

We had a wonderful party with plenty of family and friends here to share in his big day. Teddy was not so interested in his presents as we would have liked, but Mia was more than happy to step in an help out in the opening of all his gifts. Teddy is doing great. He is running all around and even got his first haircut the day after his big day, (those pictures to come on the next post). He did great at his party and it really turned out to be a fun time for everyone. I think I may go into my own cake decorating business (I LOVE MAKING THOSE CAKES!). [Seriously, I am not going into my own business so don't get any ideas there, but they are a lot of fun to make].

UPDATE FROM MOM:

Sorry these have taken so long to upload, but people have been asking for pictures of the past year with Teddy. He'll be 1 in just a couple of weeks. These are some pictures that Bucky and I took at Woodward Park in Tulsa. My mom took the ones of the whole family. I think we all look great especially considering Bucky and I didn't plan on getting out pictures taken that day, sot not much makeup and casual clothing for us. But they turned out great, at least we think so. I will try to get his first birthday party pics up pretty close to his actual party so that everyone that is far away can see his party too.

We can't believe it either, but she is. She had a wonderful Curious George Birthday party. Mom and Mimi made an awesome cake (that's right we are so proud). Mia loved it and had to show everyone that came. She had a wonderful crowd and got plenty of good gifts too. Hope you enjoyed some of the favorite pictures from the party.

We thought it would be appropriate to put a Teddy next to our little Teddy and he seemed to like it pretty well. Plus what a great affect, at least that is what we thought.

This just happened to be Teddy's Easter ensemble, but now he barely squeezes into it, but the blue really brings out his eyes. Like sissy, they are bright blue!!! I am thinking a future PGA star when I see this picture, what do you think?

Uncle J. Will like this one. It is Teddy's first Ralph outfit and he carries it so very well. Teddy is destined to be a Ralph man, wouldn't you agree.

Actually, like sis, he much prefers God's design best because he likes his birthday suit best!

Do you see how much hair this child has? We are thinking he will need a haircut way before his sister gets hers. I wonder if kid-cuts will take a four month old?

Mia is quite the happy girl. She LOVES to get her picture taken and was so very patient while Teddy was getting his taken over and over again.

This is by far one of Mommy's favorite pictures of the Mia and Teddy together. Okay, so Teddy looks a little scared, but Mia is smiling so well and looks so happy to be with her little brother!

Just Hangin Out

See how well we are getting along!!! Big Sis and Little Bro like to laugh and smile at one another a lot. They are getting along wonderfully. Who could ask for anything more?

Mom's gone camera crazy, didn't we just take this picture?

Mia decided to try on all her summer clothes just to make sure they fit alright. Of course it is easier to decide that if she wouldn't have put them on all at once!

Speaking of trying things on, Mia decided to see if this pillow/blanket combo would work for her.

What do you think? I think she pulled this off very well. Not too many body shapes can carry a look such as this one! Mia is a lucky girl.

See Mimi, Mom does fix my hair. This is what it would look like if I would only keep the hair ties in for longer than a couple of hours.
